The Ozark Premier Plum has an attractive appearance, being nearly round and wholly colored outside with a bright red, tough skin. Its flesh is yellow, firm and fine grained. It is juicy, tart, flavorful and clings to the seed which is small. This tree is productive and vigorous. Best pollinators: Methley or Burbank. Ripens early-to-mid-August.
